Can I get a grant for sports equipment for my child with vision impairment?
You may be able to get a grant to help you purchase specialist equipment for your sport. Look for organisations offering grants for sporting equipment, such as Turn2Us and Disability Grants.
You may also be able to get a direct payments if you have been assessed by Social Services as needing care and support. They can be used to meet your care and support needs, including social activities such as sports. Please look at government websites for more information.
