What are my rights at work?
The Equality Act 2010 replaced the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) from October 2010, with the exception of Northern Ireland who still have the Disability Discrimination Act.
The Equality Act provides disabled people with the same level of protection that the DDA provided. It also brought in new rights for disabled people and filled gaps in the protection.
