What is Audio Description?
Audio Description (AD) is additional commentary on TV in between the programme dialogue that explains points like body language, expressions and movements for people who struggle to see the screen.
The audio description service itself is free to receive and use.
Further information on audio description can be found on RNIB's Audio Description (AD) webpages.
