What is the TapTapSee app?

TapTapSee enables you to get a description of something by sending a photo via the app.

You take a picture of the object and send it via the internet to another person who will type a description of the picture. This description is then sent back to you and your phone will read the description if VoiceOver is turned on. 

It is available on both iOS and Android.
