British Blind Sport has an Active at Home section on it’s website, full of pre-recorded videos. 

Metro Blind Sport has a range of free accessible audio-video exercise programs by Eyes-free fitness.

Sport England has pulled together a selection of online exercise platforms on it's Join the Movement webpage with on-demand fitness content, most of which are either free or offer extended trials.

Cosmic Kids has a number of Cosmic Yoga videos, fun themed sessions aimed at children.
