Are there any resources, courses or training for professionals that support children and young people with a visual impairment?
RNIB together with VIEW offer a range of opportunities for professionals to meet, learn about and discuss the support of learners with VI. Provided through a combination of online, face to face and Skype courses and events.
VIEW is a registered charity, which represents the interests and needs of children and young people with visual impairment across the United Kingdom. Its a membership association open to professionals and others with an interest in the field of visual impairment. Members have access to a wide range of resources, courses and training sessions as well as yearly conferences. Further information on the services they offer can be found on their website.
