Telephone Preference Service
The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is a free service. It is the official opt out register on which you can record your preference not to receive unsolicited sales or marketing calls. You can register your details by calling the registration line, completing a form on their website or writing to them:

BT Call Protect
BT have launched a free Call Protect service for their customers which helps to prevent nuisance calls. The service blocks unwanted calls and sends the calls to your junk voicemail.
