Are there any accessible workouts I can do at home?
British Blind Sport have pulled together a range of accessible workouts that you can do in your own home, covering among other things strength and tone, high intensity interval training (also known as HIIT) and body conditioning. If you're just starting out on your fitness journey RNIB have teamed up with Mr Motivator to produce a range of three minute home workouts to get you moving which are suitable for a range of abilities and sight loss conditions.
