British Blind Sport and England Athletics have developed an online tool called Find a Guide which you can use to find a guide runner local to you.
Enter your postcode and search for a local Guide Runner so you can:
- Go for a run - any place, any time, any distance, any speed
- Join a club or running group - a great way to meet new people and socialise
