How can I avoid screen glare from my phone or computer?
You can get anti glare screens for your computer or phone, but they tend to be expensive.
Most anti glare issues can be fixed by changing the position of your screen (tilting or turning) or using a homemade shield or visor placed along the top of your monitor, things like a piece of card or an old file folder work well. Most computers and phones also now have light setting options such as brightness (including adaptive brightness, when the device adapts depending on the lighting) and eye comfort shields that set the device to warmer colours to allow for better viewing at night.
You can also set most devices to light or dark mode; one may work better for you than the other, depending on your eye condition.
